Refund / Replacement Policy


All items are provided with a minimum 7-day guarantee, and if a manufacturing flaw is discovered, the customer must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Within this time frame, we will replace or repair any damaged products at no cost to you. If the product is not available, we will replace it or give you a full refund in ImportDukan cash. Customers can purchase any item from using ImportDukan cash. The Product will not be covered by the guarantee if it has experienced misuse, static discharge, negligence, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any other way.

First, if a product has to be exchanged, give us pictures of the damaged item. After determining the best course of action for the product exchange, return, or refund, we will estimate the damages. After inspecting the flawed item, our team will decide whether to repair it or issue a refund. If our staff discovers a product problem brought on by overuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or customer soldering or other alterations, we will not offer the client a replacement or refund. Our staff will make the final decision in this matter.

We promise to deliver the high-quality products and accurate descriptions that are listed on the internet. We give clients 48 hours (from the date of order delivery) to file a complaint in the event of shipping damage, item mismatch, missing parts, etc. After visually confirming the information provided, our technical staff will either replace the goods or offer a refund. In addition, the Product is not covered by the guarantee if it has been misused, static discharged, neglected, damaged in an accident, modified, soldered, or otherwise altered. We are unable to allow order cancellation or return without a valid reason due to the nature of the products we are selling and our rigorous quality standards. Only the Product will be eligible for a refund. There are no refunds for shipping costs or any handling fees. Only after the goods is returned to our location can a replacement or refund be given. Step 5: Open order.

Step 6: Click on Red Return Button for that product which you want to apply for return / Replacement.

Step 7: fill all the necessary information and click on continue.
